Game Gear（日语：ゲームギア，简称为GG）是日本电子游戏商世嘉于1990年10月在日本、1991年4月在北美、1991年6月在欧洲发行的8位掌上游戏机，是世嘉开发的第一部掌上游戏机。继任主机为世嘉 Nomad。

Game Gear的硬件架构与世嘉的家用游戏机世嘉Mark III（在日本以外地区称为Master System）大致相同，通过转接器还可游玩部分世嘉Mark III/Master System游戏。虽然世嘉为尽快与任天堂竞争而仓促将Game Gear上架，不过在开发资源的支持之下，其游戏阵容及价格定位上仍较雅达利的雅达利Lynx及日本电气的PC Engine GT等当时市场上的大部分掌上游戏机更具竞争力；至于其主要竞争对手（即由任天堂推出的Game Boy），世嘉虽以横向全彩屏幕及硬件规格上的优势为卖点试图打击其销量，不过由于Game Boy本身优异的续航力，加上任天堂及大量第三方游戏开发商游戏的支持下，Game Gear不敌，于1997年停产。世嘉一度于2000年授权Majesco娱乐以同捆游戏形式销售主机，不过最终于2001年再度停产，宣告主机生命周期正式终结。
